The
movie starts off with Bindhu (Sridevi) taking a road trip with her
mother and their car breaks down. Vinod,who is a passer by offers them
help . They agree to his offer and get dropped off at their destination.
After that incident Vinod and Bindhu stay in touch by talking and
meeting often and Vinod falls in love for her. Raji who happens to be
Vinod's cousin,is a doctor by profession and is madly in love with Vinod
but keeps her love silent. Raji gets very hurt when Vinod and Bindhu
gets married. Heres a twist in the story, for some strange reason,
Bindhu gets horrible nightmares every night. No one knows the reason
behind this. This film is based on a true story which showcases how a
mother hides scary facts about her daughter from the society.
